Return Material Authorization
Please contact Syes Support to assist with troubleshooting and/or to resolve any product issue.
If a unit needs to be returned for further investigation or product testing, a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number must be assigned by Syes prior to return
To avoid non-warranty shipping damage, please ship the unit in its original packaging material. Make sure to write the RMA on the outside of all shipping containers.
The label with the Part Number and Serial Number is present on the back or side of the device.
Please include a copy of completed RMA form with the unit being returned, along with the shipment tracking information.
