Whistleblowing
Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023 has introduced a new regulation regarding “whistleblowing”, meaning the spontaneous disclosure by an individual (called “reporter” or “whistleblower”) of potential criminal facts that he has become aware when he’s carrying out his work activity.
Syes S.r.l. has implemented some specific rules to manage this activity, as described in the “Whistleblowing Procedure”, approved by the Board of Directors.
What type of fact can be reported?
Conducts or offenses that constitute violations of European Union law or national regulatory provisions.

A report can be made via this IT platform, which guarantees the confidentiality of the reporter, the people involved in the report and any related documentation:

Who can report?
• employees
• workers or collaborators of companies supplying goods or services or companies that carry out activity as supplier of Syes S.r.l..
• freelancers or consultants who provide their services to Syes S.r.l.
• volunteers and interns, paid and unpaid, who provide their services to Syes S.r.l.
• people with administration, direction, control, supervision or representation roles in Syes S.r.l.
Who receives the report?
As stated in Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, Syes “Human Resources Department Manager” has been appointed as manager of reports in Syes S.r.l.
Please note!
Any whistleblower who declares his/her personal details will be guaranteed with all the legal protections provided for by Legislative Decree 24/2023.
Anonymous reports will be taken into consideration only if adequately detailed and with useful information to verify them; they cannot be granted the protections guaranteed by the Decree, except as provided for in the art. 16 paragraph 4 of the same.
The information provided will be processed in compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data and the protection of privacy as per the information pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 relating to whistleblowing.
